Our Therapists Pam Gaddis, PT, BCIA-PMDB
Pam Gaddis, PT, BCIA-PMDB, is a holistic practitioner who leads the Flex Women’s Health and Alternative Therapies teams. In more than 30 years in practice, she has developed an eclectic blend of treatment techniques. Pam has completed advanced training in treating incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and lymphedema (chronic swelling) and has certification in Jin Shin Do acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy and pelvic muscle dysfunction biofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. She received her Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College in New York state in 1971 and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Women’s Health Section, and the Washington State Physical Therapy Association.
Lisa Schneider, PT
Lisa Schneider, PT, is a specialist in manual therapy and exercise prescription. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Lisa emphasizes these approaches in providing orthopedic treatments for a variety of patients. She has been practicing in the Northwest for more than 20 years, including 10 years as a clinic supervisor at an Eastside Seattle hospital, where she regularly lectured on preventing back injuries and about the application of ergonomics. Lisa earned a Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1987 and a degree in Kinesiology from the U of W in 1984.
Diane Janshen, PT
Diane Janshen, PT, heads up Flex’s Golf and Sports Therapy programs. She is a trained practitioner in orthopedic and manual therapies, with more than 16 years of experience treating clients in various settings. Diane is a specialist in treating musculoskeletal dysfunctions during pregnancy, including incontinence. She individualizes her treatments and exercise programs to address the specific needs and unique situation of each of her clients and combines various manual therapies and exercise techniques to customize the treatment plan for optimal outcomes. Diane earned a Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University in 1991 and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Washington State Physical Therapy Association
Kathy Hahn, PT
Kathy Hahn, PT, is celebrating 30 years of practice in physical therapy in 2007, having worked in acute care hospitals, geriatric and rehabilitation centers and outpatient clinics. During the past 10 years, Kathy’s clinical practice has focused on pelvic floor dysfunction, including treatment for incontinence and pelvic pain management. Throughout her career, Kathy has served as a preceptor for numerous physical therapy students, a lab assistant in continuing education classes for her peers and as an advocate for educating clients about their conditions and teaching them self-care techniques. She graduated from Northwestern University in 1977 and has lectured at the University of Puget Sound, worked as a lab assistant at the University of Washington and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Washington State Physical Therapy Association.
Keri Hollenbeck, PT
Kerri Hollenbeck, PT, brings an extensive knowledge of treatment options for orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries to her practice. She has a special interest in women’s health issues, including treating pre- and post-partum injuries and incontinence. Prior to joining the Flex Team in 2004, Keri gained experience in various inpatient intensive and acute care centers at an Eastside Seattle hospital, also serving in the outpatient Physical Therapy clinic. Keri earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington in 1990 and a Physical Therapy degree from the U of W in 1997.
Deanna Irwin-Sires, MPT
Deanna Irwin-Sires, MPT, is a physical therapist specializing in manual therapy, correcting musculoskeletal imbalances and addressing women’s health issues. Since 1996, she served on staff at Harborview Medical Center at the University of Washington, where she became involved in treating women’s health issues and outpatient orthopedic injuries. Deanna co-wrote the knee ligament rehabilitation protocols for the Center’s orthopedic department, along with another physical therapist and an orthopedic surgeon. She was also one of three therapists who developed the Emergency Department’s physical therapy program, which continues to function today, and developed a women’s health program within Harborview’s outpatient orthopedic department. Deanna received a Bachelors degree in Biology from Washington State University in 1989 and earned a Masters in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 1992. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1991 and a member of the Women’s Health Section since 1997.
Karol Wilson, DPT
Karol Wilson, DPT, is a physical therapist who enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic injuries. After many years of working at Harborview Medical Center, she specializes in treating post surgical and sports injury patients and has particular interest in treating low back injuries. Karol graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and again in 1995 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. After eleven year of practice, Karol went back to the University of Puget Sound and received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and went on to teach at her Alma matter as a part-time faculty. Karol continues to expand her education by taking continuing education classes focused on manual therapy and musculoskeletal imbalances and specialty courses in Golf related injuries and issues associated with pregnancy.
She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1995.
